Delete your Muze account

Muze ("Muze") lets you delete your account and personal data at any time.

Option A — Delete from inside the app (instant)

1. Open Muze and go to Settings.
2. Tap Privacy & security → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your profile, photos, matches, and messages are permanently removed.

Option B — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account:

We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, age, photos, bio, interests, location).
• Your matches, "Vibes", and chat messages.
• Your verification selfie and device/push token.

What we may keep (and for how long)

We may retain a limited amount of data when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, records of bans for safety). Such data is kept only as long as necessary and is otherwise deleted or anonymized.
